You can pay your session retainer using PayPal. You don't have to have a PayPal account; all you need is a credit card. 
 
Entire agreement: This agreement contains the entire understanding between Screaming Sexy Photography (hereafter referred to as “Photographer”) and Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. 
 
Retainer: A retainer is required to reserve the date and time. The balance of your shoot fee is due on the date of the portrait session. 
  
Cancellation: If Client cancels a session at least 48 hours prior to the session, the entire retainer will be refunded to Client. If Client cancels a session less than 48 hours prior to the session, the retainer will not be refunded, and shall be liquidated damages to Photographer. 
  
Limit of liability: If Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to a fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or if due to Photographer’s illness or injury, all fees paid by Client will be returned in full, but Photographer shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement. If Photographer is unable to perform to the obligations in this contract for any reason, Photographer will not be liable for costs in excess of the amount Client has paid. This limitation of liability will also apply in the event that images are lost through camera malfunction, damaged in processing, lost in the mail, or otherwise damaged or lost without fault of Photographer.
